How many times we would like to be a certain type of person, to reach a certain goal, to make that decision … but we use to let it be and leave things go?
Me too I feel often in this mechanism, that’s why I realized that in order to really get something or definetely decide, I need a serious commitment, a contract, a promise made to myself!
In this way avoid the possibility to go back to my steps and give up in front of the first difficulty .. because a sincere commitment is a real promise! especially if it is done with yourself!
That’s why today I want to share with you a sort of “contract”, a sort of “scout promise -act “, with some key points that will make you more aware of where you’re going to and, above all, thay will help you undersign a real commitment for your sports life! and not only!
Try to answer the following questions and complete them, honestly and instinctively… do not think too much!
You will be surprised to discover what your deepest part expresses and which are the tips giving to you in order to achive the results you want!
Obviously you must dare and be brave !!!

Because a contract is a promise and as such must be respected!

1) I know I have the ability to accomplish what I want; that’s why I demand to myself steady and tenacious actions for its realization and I promise here and now to commit myself to act.

4) I have described in clear words my goal and I will never stop trying to achieve it!

5) I will eliminate hate, envy, jealousy, selfishness and cynicism because I know that a negative attitude toward others can never bring me success. I’ll make others believe in me, because I believe in them and in myself.
Who should I forgive in order to pull everyone on my side?
I am signing it and writing my name in this paper, I will put my effort to remember what is written on it and read it aloud once a day; I have full confidence that this practice will gradually influence my thoughts and my actions until I become a successful and confident person / athlete .
